I placed my order early this morning. Not only was I not able to change my shipping address, it wouldn’t allow me to add my 5% discount - and i was given a confirmation code number- but no email confirming my perchance. But I did receive 2 emails saying “you’ve left your item in your cart”. I’ve emailed all emails available- 2 or 3 different times now. And nobody has gotten back to me. And I was charged. I sent proof of receipt and charged in my bank.
