I received half of an order with no information provided on the balance. I had to track down a rep to give me an update. Weeks later I received another part of the order but still missing an item. Again, I did not receive an email or even a note on the packing slip and I had to be the one to waste time following up. High demand is NO excuse for failure to followup and I will never buy from Readywise again.
