We were searching for a home that would offer convenience and comfort for our family, but RealCo failed us. The transaction was handled okay at first, but the after-sales experience has been absolutely horrible. We discovered significant problems with the house shortly after move-in that have made it very difficult to live here. RealCo has ignored all of our attempts to seek a resolution or even an acknowledgement of the issues. It’s disappointing to see a company have so little regard for the families they are supposed to be serving. I would never recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality home.
