Our transition into this new house has been anything but the ""peace and comfort"" we were promised. RealCo was quick to take our money, but they have been incredibly slow to address the defects we found. We’ve been living with several house issues for weeks now with no help in sight. Every time we call the office, we are given the run-around or told that someone will ""call us back"" who never does. It’s clear they have no regard for their customers' wellbeing once the transaction is completed. This has been a very costly and stressful mistake for my family.
