Dealing with RealCoAgents has been the single worst financial decision of my life. I approached them wanting a house for my family that would provide a sense of peace and convenience, but I got the exact opposite. The initial communication was good, which I now realize was just a tactic to get me to sign the contract. The moment the ink was dry, everything spiraled down into a series of disappointments and ignored calls. We moved in only to find the house had deep-seated issues that were glossed over during inspections. Their after-sales service is ""horrible"" in every sense of the word, leaving us stranded. Every time I try to seek accountability, I am dismissed with no regard for the fact that my family is living in a sub-par property. I’ve reached out to management and individual agents, and the lack of responsibility is staggering. It is a complete waste of time and money to engage with this agency. They have no integrity and clearly do not care about the people behind the transaction.
