They sent me the wrong item from overseas, and when I reached out to the support team for a replacement, I was informed they couldn't assist me since they don't accept returns on opened items. While it makes sense for used products, I had to open it to see that it wasn't what I ordered. This was the most unhelpful customer service experience I've ever had.
