I've been using this service for several years and find them excellent. Their products are of high quality. The website is user-friendly, and I appreciate the transparency regarding best before dates. Their customer service is responsive and efficient. They use a new reply service to communicate, but it's still from customer service. I'm very impressed with their quick delivery and well-packaged items. My partner and I particularly enjoy their chocolate raisins. So far, I haven't encountered any issues. It's unfortunate that there are negative reviews. In my opinion and experience, this company is definitely not a scam. (Although I've noticed two profiles on a review site, which confuses me, so I've posted this review on both).
