He worked hard to get me the best deal possible and was always honest and transparent. He took the time to explain every step and patiently answered my many questions without ever making me feel rushed. What impressed me most was that he truly had my best interest at heart. When I had to walk away from a signed contract after the appraisal, he was supportive and encouraged me to make sure I was choosing the right home — he was never pushy.
