I took the “21 Days To Real Estate Riches” by Sherman Ragland. This is by far the most comprehensive course on Real Estate Investing that I have taken. Great content, case studies and practical information that you can act on. Sherman’s delivery and knowledge of the subject is second to none. I highly recommend this program.
