The Real Techniques products are beyond good. I've not tried all of them, but a good deal is simply the best quality for more than a reasonable price.However, as much as I love Nic and Sam, I have to say they obviously didn't have time to put more effort into chosing their customer support staff. While I was treated correctly, I wasn't provided with the answer I was looking for, nor did they show a minimum of good will to look into the problem. The answer was generic and sounded like they simply wanted to get rid of themselves of a boring customer.This does not go hand in hand with the lovely character that Sam and Nic noth have. I have to say, this conduct really put me off from buying again from them.Not a smart business move.
