I invested $90,000 into the income REIT about 4 years ago and I have reinvested all dividends. I am now losing money - negative return and the fund is now illiquid. I requested 25% of my investment to be returned by share buy-back and they only sent me about $3800. It looks like I will be continuing to lose all of my money here, but it will take years until my account goes to zero.
