I have been invested with RealtyMogul since 2019 with their so-called Income REIT fund that supposedly pays 6%; however, over this period the actual return is 3.5% (not counting the cost of money over time) which is lower than a high-yield savings account. And to add injury their NAV has gone down 7% in the last month (vs. other real estate platforms) with no communication, explanation, etc. This is a very poor investment and recommend STAY AWAY put your money in a savings account instead. Now I am trying to get my funds back. Will do a follow up!
