It took ReAssure 12 months to rectify a fund switch which was processed incorrectly. To ensure the fund switch was completed correctly, it took 36 phone calls to their offices. Once rectified, it took ReAssure a further for six months to investigate my complaint. Once the complaint was finally investigated, a cheque was provided to pay compensation. The cheque was rejected by ReAssure's bank when presented to my bank. Two months later, I am still awaiting a new cheque. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
