I would give it less than zero, if possible, only because of the their medical director, Dr. Deep. I wasted $5k on this program because I saw a Mayo Clinic doctor and thought he would have great knowledge. I’m pretty healthy and take natural healthcare seriously. I was struggling horribly with menopause and Jack Murphy assured me Deep had a ton of experience with menopause. Nothing could be further from the truth. He literally gaslit me to say maybe I’m depressed and want to try antidepressant. He came to both of my virtual visits with no plan outlined. When I pushed, he offered synthetic hrt, not even bioidental, when that’s the gold standard. And he was quite belligerent when offering that. I’ve asked for a refund and got zero response. Absolutely a waste of time and money.
