Every question I've ever asked has been answered clearly and directly, usually within 24hrs or less.Secondly, since their customer service is so amazing, they will tell you the truth no matter what. Even if it's something they don't have/won't carry/can't get, they will straight up say it, even if it costs them a sale. They're honest.Third, because of that honesty, they give great advice. Whether it's on duel-worthiness, questions on cores, asking where to find spare parts (like those pins that EVERYBODY loses), they'll give good advice.I've already lost count of the number of sabers I have from then, but I know it will grow.
