Despite having over $50 in my account, attempts to place a bet result in an error message stating "Not enough free cash to place the bet." I reached out to the support team, who initially responded quickly, claiming they added the $50 back to my account as cash, yet it never showed up in my balance. After emailing them twice more without a response, I withdrew my initial deposit before writing this review. I've never encountered issues with other platforms honoring their promotions, making this experience particularly frustrating. I would recommend avoiding this platform.
