This sports betting platform has been a nightmare. Due to new regulations in California, they completely erased my account along with all my pending bets. After multiple attempts to resolve this with customer support regarding the voiding and refunding of my bets (which were placed before the law change), they claimed to have refunded everything, perhaps hoping I would just trust them since my account was wiped. Fortunately, I had saved screenshots of all my receipts as I run a betting group. When I confronted them about their dishonesty and failure to comply with their own policies, they began to void some tickets but conveniently overlooked several of my larger ones. It's now day 7 of sending them numerous screenshots repeatedly, hoping for a full refund of my pending wagers. Given that they aren't a licensed sportsbook, I'm starting to see how untrustworthy they are, showing little regard for their customers. Once my account is settled, I plan to withdraw my funds immediately and will never use their services again. I strongly advise avoiding their customer support, as it takes them over 24 hours to respond, and they frequently mismanage ticket grading.
