I purchased a CelcomDigi MYR 100 prepaid top-up via Recharge.com on 14 February 2026 (Order ID: 306011113). The total amount of KHR 129,049.60 was deducted, and I received confirmation that the transaction was “successfully processed.”
However, the MYR 100 credit was never delivered.
After receiving vague responses from Recharge.com, I contacted CelcomDigi Support directly. CelcomDigi officially confirmed in writing that:
• There was NO MYR 100 reload transaction on 14/02/2026 for my number.
• The only reload recorded was a separate MYR 200 top-up made from a different platform.
This directly contradicts Recharge.com’s claim that the top-up was successfully completed.
In other words:
They marked the transaction as successful.
The carrier confirms they never received it.
Despite presenting this information, there is still no refund and no proof of delivery (no carrier reference ID, no confirmation record).
Major concerns:
• Transaction marked “successful” without actual delivery
• No verifiable proof provided
• Service fee charged
• Slow and generic support responses
• Responsibility shifted to the carrier until proven otherwise
When the telecom provider itself confirms the reload never arrived, continuing to claim success without proof is unacceptable.
At this stage, I am formally disputing the transaction and awaiting either documented proof of delivery from CelcomDigi or a full refund.
I will update this review once this matter is resolved.
