absolute disgrace, tried to recharge, the site took my money and then announced that they couldn't recharge my O2 phone, and that the refund would follow. no refund came, i followed up after a week, got no reply at all. had to pursue through my credit card and managed to get the refund through them. avoid this mob like the plague.
