Flexbeam has been carefully thought through, sturdy, practical, easy to use, well packed/presented, reasonably priced, especially for seniors. Discounts will always be welcome by this segment of the community. Velcro on straps tends to wear after repeated use and could be reinforced perhaps. The online community and responsiveness are excellent. When required, where is service available, for example for replacing batteries? Do you recommend leaving Flexbeam plugged in when not being charged or in use? Thank you
