**UPDATE replying to your reply, i did not receive any replies to my first few emails, yes i emailed again in sunday, as soon as i put this review on i had a reply, surprise surprise. The only reason I did this review was because I knew it would push you to sort, so thanks No replies to my emails! Very poor, I put a claim in on the 18th Feb and emailed to cancel it on the same day, I have sent numerous emails stating my mistake and reasons for cancelling but have had no reply what so ever! Seems they want to wait till after the 14 day period so they can charge me a fee for cancelling. Very ignorant and very poor company, all these good reviews are definitely fake!!
