I have a similar experience. In my closet, I have garments from a previous company that were well-made and lasted forever, though they were a bit slow with shipping. However, now it’s a different story. I ordered a dress for a significant amount to have by Halloween. My credit card shows the charge on the same day I ordered. I received a confirmation email about my order, then silence until I inquired about the status weeks later, only to be told they are waiting for fabric. Today, I’ve emailed them again, as I can't reach them by phone, to ask for any updates. I plan to demand a refund and report this situation if I don’t hear back soon.
