I ordered a 3-year guarantee in December and paid the fee plus postage. Unfortunately, they do not send out guarantees but keep it in their system without any documentation. Their response indicated that the system always charges for orders under a certain amount. I was told it was my fault for not paying more initially. They keep insisting via email that I need to address the guarantee as if there’s no record. The representative on the phone mentioned he had more important matters to handle than my issue. They're quick to take your money but not upfront about their problems. Now, I hope nothing goes wrong in the next three years without documentation. I was also informed that I was fortunate if the battery, which was not included in the refurbishment, lasted up to three hours without charging.
