Despite my efforts, only a single, meaningless sentence was ever published — and only after I objected to a dismissive email claiming my submissions “did not meet guidelines.” That one sentence does not reflect my experience at all.
Throughout this process, I faced weeks of delays, no acknowledgment of emails, and repeated requests that ignored the documentation I provided. Recovery.com’s attempts to have me remove or amend external reviews are absurd and inappropriate, given that they themselves fail to provide accurate, timely, or transparent handling of user feedback.
If you rely on this platform to make decisions about treatment providers, think twice. Recovery.com routinely mishandles reviews, silences detailed feedback, and presents an incomplete, misleading picture. Until they seriously improve how they manage reviews, I cannot trust or recommend this platform.
