Shame on u.I ordered my 10 year sobriety token through Etsy, I took the trouble to write to the seller to find out if I was ordering on January 5, if I would receive it on January 21, and he said yes and that he would send it the next day to make sure I got it. He did create the label but never got the item to UPS. I wrote to him on January 18 to find out if the "awating for the Item" status was normal and surprise he delivered the order item the same day to UPS, 3 days before my 10 years anniversary and 13 days after my purchase. He never took responsibility for this delay, no explanation, no excuse. I received as a response "no comment".When you sell this kind of product, I can't imagine that you don't understand the importance of the purchase. I worked so hard on my recovery. I don't understand how someone knowing the date and having received the order 2 weeks in advance can make the shipment 3 days before the date itself. I'm lucky that I see my 10 years of sobriety as a real miracle, unfortunately my sponser won't have any tokens to give me. J'ai commandé mon jeton pour mes 10 ans de sobriété à travers Etsy, j'ai pris la peine d'écrire au vendeur pour savoir si je commandais le 5 janvier, si je le recevrais le 21 janvier, et il m'a dit que oui et qu'il l'enverrai le lendemain pour faire sûr que je le reçois. J'ai travaillé tellement fort sur mon rétablissement. Je comprends pas comment quelqu'un en connaissant la date et en ayant reçu la commande 2 semaines à l'avance puisse faire l'envoi 3 jours avant la date même. Une chance que je vois mon 10 ans de sobriété comme un vrai miracle malheureusement ma Marraine aura aucun jeton à me remettre.
