No one helps you. Even if you have problems or need support with your product, you’re completely on your own. Can you imagine waiting 3 days for a solution while they advertise “Instant Delivery” everywhere? Absolute joke. I’m giving 2 stars only because I eventually received the product, but nothing excuses this level of terrible service. They don’t care about their customers at all. Don’t give these people your money. Even when they reply to reviews with those ai generated npc responses, it’s all lies. Funny thing is, once we contacted the actual provider of the product and told them that this reseller wasn’t delivering anything, suddenly the next day the key appears. Yeah… sure. Totally just a coincidence, right? Zero interest in real customers, zero support, zero respect.
