I bought a mini PC with an i3 7th generation processor, but its base clock is stuck at 0.79 GHz instead of the original 3.90 GHz, which makes it practically unusable. There was also a problem with the power supply they provided. I keep getting the message “AC power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined” every time I boot up the PC.They asked for a screenshot and tried to resolve the issue over a video call but failed.Right now they have said that they will replace the mini pc. I will update whether that happens or not.UPDATE:They have replaced it with a new mini PC and it is working perfectly fine now.
