I purchased a laptop on 11 August from Recycle Cart. It had repeated problems (voice + display) so I returned it by courier — delivery confirmed to merchant on 10 September. It’s been many days and I still haven’t received my refund. I have all evidence: invoice, courier slip (shows 10-Sep delivery), WhatsApp chats, emails and call recordings where their team promised refund but didn’t process it. I am financially stressed because of this delay. Requesting immediate refund — otherwise I will escalate this to bank dispute and consumer authorities. Very disappointed with their service.
