Order #SP/25-26/6739 on recyclekart.inI had ordered Lenovo T480 laptop On July 14 2025 but they sent L480 (a lower model) on Jul 30 2025 so I returned it and they received the return on 7 August. So I don't have the product nor the money right now. They promised to send the accurate product but till date I have not received anything not the product neither my money. I used to check with them every week but they give non relevant reason like parts unavailable or shifting office. when asked for refund they said they won't give refund. they have defrauded me.
