Zero star. Pathetic service. They are just playing with the patients. I booked tests for my father on 8th June and was about to get the report Max within 48 hours. They just provided with partial report and hold result of one test (Dengue) even after 48 hours. Now just think criticality of my situation, if at all my father is suffering from Dengue, his samples were collected on 8th June and today till the time I have not received the report, now in these 3 days times what would be his health? Very inhuman, poor communication and totally un-empathic service. I have decided to totally boycott RedCliff Labs.
