Our organization has booked corporate booking from this lab and they have addressed the wrong information of the person on the report . & changed it after chasing the whole day with them, in second incidence the person was supposed to collect the Blood sample in between 6 to 7 am. however he did not pickup the sample and informed the customer that ,since you have not picked up the call I am not able to collect your sample. on the other side customer is not having any missed calls in her phone Even if the situation would have been correct, its the responsibility of the collection person to inform them through the security this has shown the extreme irresponsible behavior and will not recommend this Lab to any one. & they need to understand that giving discount without service will not give them business!!!
