Redcliff has not intimated the cost/invoice in spite of requesting me. That was on 09th Oct. I was not aware of the tests my consultants asked for, only Redcliff were aware. Consultant report contains 7 pages and second report 23 pages.On 10 Oct I asked Redcliff why they charged me Rs 1587 and wanted an invoice. No response by them. I made few calls and sent messages in vain.They only responded after I complaint through Trust Pilot. They don't care. 3 people Shagufta, Muskan, Kam Mohd plus one more person made multiple calls/ messages to me from 8 AM to 9 PM arguing and convincing me that all was good.On record, later I was given a free Rs 799 tests , what for ? I tested now and they want to sell buy one get one free Pizza ?Today Shagufta called me up and trying to convey that I was not listening to her viewpoint ??? She agreed that it was the error of their Rep.
