I would like to share my disappointing experience with Redcliffe Labs. I got my reports done through them, and the results were incorrect. I realized this after repeating the tests at a reputed hospital, where the results showed a significant difference.Despite following up with Redcliffe Labs multiple times, I eventually got the tests redone. The second set of results showed all values within the normal range, which was concerning. During a call with the doctor provided by them, they offered excuses and attempted to market their own supplements instead of addressing the issue.It seems like their process might involve averaging results based on AI predictions for age and location rather than conducting actual lab tests. Although their customer service is responsive, I find it difficult to trust them based on this experience.
