Avoid this service at all costs. It's an absolute waste of time. I arranged for a car pickup and specified that a smaller vehicle was necessary for the narrow lane, which they confirmed was fine. After they missed the first scheduled date, I rebooked, and once again, there was no show, call, or message. On the third attempt, they sent a large transporter! Now, three weeks later, my car is still sitting here.
