I cannot recommend this service. It has been a total waste of my time. I arranged for a car pickup and clearly indicated that a smaller vehicle was needed due to the narrow lane, which they assured me would be fine. After they failed to arrive on the first scheduled date, I rebooked, and again there was no show, call, or message. On the third attempt, they sent a large transporter! Now, three weeks later, my car is still here.
