I usually donate at Vitalent in Colorado but I thought I’d donate in Tucson since we’re visiting. My first visit was canceled and rescheduled. Both times, I waited over half an hour from my scheduled time even to go in and do my intake interview. ARC seems pretty lax in terms of respecting peoples’ time. At Vitalent, I’m in and out in 45 minutes. I won’t donate at ARC again.
