I played for the first time and lost. I didn’t receive cashback, and my account was closed. When I contacted support about the cashback issue, they mistakenly thought I was from an ineligible country. Instead of resolving it, they closed my account without explanation. I never received a response. This is not a way to treat customers. Best to avoid this place.
