Customer service is awesome. I placed my order on line 3 weeks before Christmas. At that time the website said the item was in stock. I immediately received a call and e-mail stating it was out of stock and would not ship till early January. I told them it was a Christmas gift for my daughter but if there would be a way to get it by 1/12 since that’s her birthday. They said they are upgrading the shipping so I should receive it a day or two before her birthday. Well to my surprise it was delivered a few days after Christmas. By the way my daughter loves her new stethoscope!
