Redding Medical gave me so many color options and the customer service was incredible and fast to reply. When they were expecting a possible delay, they emailed me immediately to ask me if I'd like to change my order. When they ran out of a color of the pen in my package, they called me to inquire if I'd like to choose a different color. This was fabulous news for I didn't know there were other color options. They were very communicative and I will definitely use them for future purchases. Plus, once the order shipped, I received it the very next day! Quick and easy!
