My original order was lost by FedEx but Matt was more than willing to send a replacement stethoscope. If you have any issues regarding shipment/delivery be sure to reach out to Matt for assistance. The replacement item came within 3 days and the stethoscope engraving is perfect. I will be ordering from this company for any future medical supply needs.
