The only negative is minimal--I received a call within hours of placing my order that the otoscope head I ordered would not be in for 2-3 weeks. When she went to check about sending my the handle I'd ordered with expedited delivery, she returned with an apology for the misunderstanding but BOTH items were in stock and would be shipped. They arrived the next day-- greatly appreciated because my current unit was giving me daily difficulties.
