Purchased a personalized stethoscope from this company and had it overnighted because I misplaced my regular one. When I received the stethoscope, the engraving was not what I verified on the website. Speaking to multiple people in customer service, I was blamed for the misprint from not properly verifying (I did twice), to my phone autocorrected (I was on my laptop). Spoke with the owner who's only response was that they paid a lot of money to have a perfect system and that no errors ever occur (I guess there is perfect technology out there). There was no true customer service. They don't care about customer satisfaction, as I was referred to their high reviews as evidence that they don't have problems. I will never purchase from this company ever again.
