I received exactly what i wanted. And i didn't have to wait more than a day for my order to process for shipping so my shipping method was very accurate. The cardiopod II i received was exactly what i expected. I didn't know the stethoscope mold was removal for versatile use. I love it thank you. That being said, I do wish the extra ear piece place holders were magnetic or had a snug fit. They do fall out if your case is open and flips over. I know that if the stethoscope is there it would also fall out and it would be harder to locate fallen ear pieces than a whole stethoscope. Thank you so much! I will always recommend this specific stethoscope case.
