I ordered a navy colored replacement part for a stethoscope for my daughter which is what she requested. She later realized, she needed black . I called and asked if it was too late to change my order. The lady who helped me was so nice. She switched the order and refunded money due as the Black was less expensive than the blue part. Great service and rare these days. Thank you
