My order would have been shipped within an hour (customized) but they were out of a color I wanted so They called me! No e-mail or text. A phone call to offer different colors or to wait on the color I wanted to become available. I had to call them back and immediate answer. No automated system no waiting on hold for 20 min. Love the speed and availability of service! Products came in correctly and great quality. Would (and have) recommended to everyone! 10 stars!!!
