Very happy with my purchase and customer service. Ordered 2 stethoscopes and only one was delivered. Called customer service and spoke w/ manager. He said he would have to look at camera footage of boxes being packed. I then described the box I received and he agreed it was not possible to fit 2 stethoscopes in it. Mailed the 2nd one out overnight at no extra cost. He handled it the right way. Very pleased and would order again.
