I ordered my customized stethoscope on Sunday night and received an email notifying me that it shipped the following day! Very quick and simple ordering process, great for those who need their product right away. The only reason I gave this review a 4 star is because my tubing looked like it was used and had a lot of dark spots all around. I was able to remove the spots and realized that this might have been from the engraving. I'm a first time buyer of Redding Medical Inc. and I'd buy from them again/ recommend to my peers.
