Ordered on Friday and assumed by selecting and paying for “overnight shipping” I was going to receive the product the very next day. Was disappointed when I didn’t receive it as expected. Called to see if I could get the difference for shipping back and the lady I spoke to said it was in fine print on the shipping page. She said the manager was out and would call me upon their return. This is the second week and I never got a call back. My wife is happy with the product with her name printed on it, but I was a bit disappointed it didn’t arrive as expected before she began work on Monday.
