The items that I received were in perfect condition as expected. The engravings are very visible and nicely written. When I ordered, I was in a bit of a crunch time for an assignment. I got an email after the order went through saying the item would be shipped when it came in. That was not a possibility as the items were needed ASAP. I told customer service this and they upgraded my shipping to 2 days for free. I received the items in time to do the assignment and did not have to pay extra because of the backorder status. I am very impressed!
