My package was delayed more than 3 weeks by the USPS (no fault of Redding). I called customer service several times because of the delayed shipment and each time was told that they would investigate and call me back. However, I never got a call back. I eventually got the package, and as I said the delay was not Redding's fault, but a call back as promised would have resulted in a higher rating.
